How Our Revenue Model Works

SurplusAtlas charges attorneys a flat per-case fee for access to case data and owner contact information. This fee is separate from any attorney-client fee arrangement. The platform also earns a finder's fee (10-15%) from property owners upon successful recovery, which is compliant with state regulations. There is no fee-splitting between the platform and attorneys, in full compliance with ABA Rule 5.4.
